COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Giddings & Lewis M.1302.1168 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Marathon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Stober parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Haidenhain product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Marathon such as the JD182TTDR7325BD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the K21R71K4 manufactured by Stober and we are pleased to be able to service most Stober systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HSF04MNH by Manufacturer Haidenhain as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Perske Brand KRSV51142D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Heidenhain such as IdNr25004002 equipment made by Heidenhain have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Heidenhain products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Heidenhain" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HP2009530A110NPXXX made by Mectrol as well as the popular M13021168 original spares produced by Giddings--Lewis Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JMM2514T by Baldor and IdNr25004002 spares by Heidenhain are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LA70902AA112 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
