COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Giddings & Lewis M.107.3436 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gilman products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hanlo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gilman such as the HES161J2J3D4E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 48R40001003 manufactured by Gse and we are pleased to be able to service most Gse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature COLUMN by Manufacturer Hanlo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Greenstory-Global Brand GSGWFICC540D2NA6E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gulmay such as MP1006 equipment made by Gulmay have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gulmay products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gulmay" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GBD03100 made by Gmt as well as the popular 52023 original spares produced by Greenlee-Tools Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P12 by Grant and MP1006 spares by Gulmay are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 45677101 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Glentek. |
