COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Giddings & Lewis DSM175 sercos parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Heller products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hitachi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hitachi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Heller such as the G2306128700403 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SJ700D750HFUF3 manufactured by Hitachi and we are pleased to be able to service most Hitachi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SJ3001100HFU by Manufacturer Hitachi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand KDV12100220300115 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Indramat such as TVM21050W1115V equipment made by Indramat have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Indramat products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Indramat" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PMU50PMU50 made by Goldstar as well as the popular BDS5A20301010202B2030 original spares produced by Industrial Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GA45741 by Glentek and TVM21050W1115V spares by Indramat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XSELJ14001N1EEE52 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Iai. |
