COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Giddings & Lewis DSM110P parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Giken products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gurley-Precision-Instruments parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Haas product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Giken such as the AU6638N1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P40020B manufactured by Gurley-Precision-Instruments and we are pleased to be able to service most Gurley-Precision-Instruments systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 323201C by Manufacturer Haas as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Grundig-Deckel Brand NPP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gurley-Precision-Instruments such as r17s01000q5l01e18sp04en equipment made by Gurley-Precision-Instruments have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gurley-Precision-Instruments products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gurley-Precision-Instruments" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IPM2001H21 made by Graham as well as the popular GBAHP0355766 original spares produced by Goss Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the G9500145501 by Google-Coral and r17s01000q5l01e18sp04en spares by Gurley-Precision-Instruments are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
