COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Giddings & Lewis DS-130 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fairchild products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fairchild such as the FM2G400US60 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DS3800NCID1B1A manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DS3800NGRC1F1F by Manufacturer Ge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand FREQROLZ200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ge such as DS3815PLNI equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DS3800HFXB1R1H made by Ge as well as the popular FS979 original spares produced by Commell Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DS3800NPRB by Ge and DS3815PLNI spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DSQC6023HAC12816107 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Abb. |
