COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Giddings & Lewis D600051 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rexroth parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Futec product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the DS3800HMPK1L1K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HDS032W100NHS1201FW manufactured by Rexroth and we are pleased to be able to service most Rexroth systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FP82631 by Manufacturer Futec as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge-Fanuc Brand IC4501A100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Moxa such as DA683DPPTXPE equipment made by Moxa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Moxa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Moxa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FEP311040A1S1A1B0A1A0A1A3C1 made by Asea as well as the popular EDC200 original spares produced by Motion-Plus Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DS3800DOAA by Ge and DA683DPPTXPE spares by Moxa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DS90036 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-hammer. |
