COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Giddings & Lewis 502-03846-00R3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hansatech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Grove parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Grafikontrol product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hansatech such as the 23248 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Y538 manufactured by Grove and we are pleased to be able to service most Grove systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 110v by Manufacturer Grafikontrol as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Haas Brand 931064D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hanna-Instruments such as HI720 equipment made by Hanna-Instruments have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hanna-Instruments products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hanna-Instruments" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available H4890P5009 made by Harland-Simon as well as the popular LM81M99 original spares produced by Gsanger Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the T07 by Goss and HI720 spares by Hanna-Instruments are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E0306700111 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Goss. |
