COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Giddings & Lewis 502-03640-02 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hach products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hansatech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gildemeister product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hach such as the PD2P1A50 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 23281 manufactured by Hansatech and we are pleased to be able to service most Hansatech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 809525 by Manufacturer Gildemeister as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Haenel Brand MP10A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Grove-gear such as GRTMQ81310D56 equipment made by Grove-gear have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Grove-gear products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Grove-gear" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 5020384600R3 made by Giddings--Lewis as well as the popular NV0017910012 original spares produced by Hardinge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M126B30A00HH by Gould and GRTMQ81310D56 spares by Grove-gear are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HSD190MEN3A00 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hannstar. |
