COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Giddings & Lewis 401-56453-00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asea parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Statohm-Iv product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the 57C445 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 57160001PU6 manufactured by Asea and we are pleased to be able to service most Asea systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 42NM24 by Manufacturer Statohm-Iv as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-bradley Brand 6181P17TPXP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ge-Fanuc such as 44A392673G01 equipment made by Ge-Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge-Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge-Fanuc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 60WKSM24026KPT made by Procon-Pas as well as the popular 6965D08G02 original spares produced by Westinghouse Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 531X300CCHAGM3 by Ge and 44A392673G01 spares by Ge-Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6181CGBCBBZZZ Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-bradley. |
