COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Giddings & Lewis 401-56366-00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kinco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Telemecanique product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 6AV66480BE113AX0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MT4403T manufactured by Kinco and we are pleased to be able to service most Kinco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XBTA801010 by Manufacturer Telemecanique as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 6GK15023CB10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Quick-Panel such as QPJ2D100S2PQPJ20100S2P equipment made by Quick-Panel have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Quick-Panel products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Quick-Panel" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BTV011AA08N25CABNNMDDE made by Indramat as well as the popular A16B12000410 original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6ES71511BA010AB0 by Siemens and QPJ2D100S2PQPJ20100S2P spares by Quick-Panel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 186018A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bradley. |
