COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Giddings & Lewis 401-34439-90 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dayton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Elektrim parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Leroy-Somer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dayton such as the 2Z818A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 20NFM3518 manufactured by Elektrim and we are pleased to be able to service most Elektrim systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 21CY2F by Manufacturer Leroy-Somer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand 225835R in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Api-Elmo such as 3HAC100741REV0 equipment made by Api-Elmo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Api-Elmo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Api-Elmo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 332495Z278 made by Dorner as well as the popular 38592255 original spares produced by Atb-Flender Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3HAC82781 by Abb and 3HAC100741REV0 spares by Api-Elmo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2A02SSCBCV Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer California-Linear-Devices. |
