COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Giddings & Lewis 401-30277-00 Rev 14 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dayton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dayton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Aer-Control-Systems product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dayton such as the 2N997 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2N998G manufactured by Dayton and we are pleased to be able to service most Dayton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 35F899008166 by Manufacturer Aer-Control-Systems as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand 35W819P692H1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kawasaki such as 27BM220BBT10R2 equipment made by Kawasaki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kawasaki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kawasaki" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 36S067Y434EZ made by Baldor as well as the popular 3LS90LCO original spares produced by Leroy-Somer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 32513760C790 by Thompson and 27BM220BBT10R2 spares by Kawasaki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2B150A2BA2K2L2ZA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gardner-Denver. |
