COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Gettys M464-GAS0-0RPC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Textron-/-David-Brown products, including obsoleted and phased-out Oriental parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Textron-/-David-Brown such as the M0332200BENU1A25B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KXM5120AB manufactured by Oriental and we are pleased to be able to service most Oriental systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KBM3458 by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Georgii-Kobold Brand KOD5681BXFGS2S19S194SBX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gettys such as M320SM0A1001AD equipment made by Gettys have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gettys products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gettys" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KA47BDT80N4BMG1HRTF1S made by Sew as well as the popular M112A10K900B original spares produced by Gettys Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M405BA9036 by Kollmorgen and M320SM0A1001AD spares by Gettys are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M3710T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
