COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Gettys M432-NANO-7208 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ultimate product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the M1705T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the L97T0148 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature JD1Y54JMK by Manufacturer Ultimate as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Idc Brand IDCNH315A18MF1MT1DB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Watt-Drive such as K16970605947 equipment made by Watt-Drive have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Watt-Drive products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Watt-Drive" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available L3203 made by Reliance as well as the popular L3605T50 original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KBA125B6 by Demag-Cranes--Components and K16970605947 spares by Watt-Drive are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M33424IOSStepperMotor Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Intelligent-Motion-Systems. |
