COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Gettys M238-YY0Y-3Y0Y-NR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nord products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fuji parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sew product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nord such as the ISM31AF63L4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HRL72180 manufactured by Fuji and we are pleased to be able to service most Fuji systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature K67AM145KS by Manufacturer Sew as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Stober Brand K202AG0560MT10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baldor such as IDXM7006 equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HD3225E0010 made by New-Sick/stegmann as well as the popular HFSP2024K original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the I114 by Marathon and IDXM7006 spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original L97T0148 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
