COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Gettys M235-YY0A-3Y0Y-PW parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Us parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mcg product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the K373278 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HVW15V2E6 manufactured by Us and we are pleased to be able to service most Us systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature K341 by Manufacturer Mcg as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Demag Brand KBA71A4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Global such as IH950AE50R6310000T025 equipment made by Global have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Global products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Global" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HFJP5034K made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular HS35F100R11BS1024C2ABZC28VVSM1419S original spares produced by Bei Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LM23783BE by Lincoln and IH950AE50R6310000T025 spares by Global are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M1125265 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leeson. |
