COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Gettys M235-YY0A-300S-PD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Stearns products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mannesmann-Dematic-Ag parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Inductive-Components product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Stearns such as the M16587 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KBA90B8 manufactured by Mannesmann-Dematic-Ag and we are pleased to be able to service most Mannesmann-Dematic-Ag systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IC101661 by Manufacturer Inductive-Components as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Gould Brand M235H6CA3Y0SN8 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ge such as K456 equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available K102SGD0115MQ10 made by Stober as well as the popular M063LS09 original spares produced by Superior Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HS35F62R14SS1024ABZC28VVSM12S by Bei and K456 spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M1756T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
