COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Gettys M122-B30A-SY0F-CD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Doerr products, including obsoleted and phased-out Japan-Servo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitsubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Doerr such as the LR31113 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KP6BM2010 manufactured by Japan-Servo and we are pleased to be able to service most Japan-Servo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HCSFS102K by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand IEC132ME9M817234 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mectrol such as HP2002010A095SS538 equipment made by Mectrol have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mectrol products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mectrol" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available is45000HV made by Fanuc as well as the popular K590ST230H original spares produced by Om Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the K75M2GP by Flender-Himmel and HP2002010A095SS538 spares by Mectrol are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KP56KM2018 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Japan-Servo. |
