COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Georg Fischer Signet 3-2450-7L parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Graco-Robotics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Giddings--Lewis parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Haas product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Graco-Robotics such as the HHP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5732640420 manufactured by Giddings--Lewis and we are pleased to be able to service most Giddings--Lewis systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 93175A by Manufacturer Haas as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Halmar Brand CXM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Grundig such as VAP4 equipment made by Grundig have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Grundig products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Grundig" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GRGTMQ82110D140 made by Grove-Gear as well as the popular B102A21E1 original spares produced by Goldline Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CPS2PM0500H00 by Greco and VAP4 spares by Grundig are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GM40503802400511045 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Glentek. |
