COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the General Electric RCR-REX-W parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hedland products, including obsoleted and phased-out Geokon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Harisonic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hedland such as the H213B010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4900 manufactured by Geokon and we are pleased to be able to service most Geokon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PAB050460ALSM by Manufacturer Harisonic as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Hardy Brand HIS011K in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Heidenhain such as 295281CF equipment made by Heidenhain have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Heidenhain products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Heidenhain" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 11BRW300F16 made by Harowe as well as the popular 7387004R original spares produced by Hoke Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MICROE25BF0S2B061250G027 by Gsi and 295281CF spares by Heidenhain are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SA2011 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hoffman. |
