COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the General Electric CR324F310FX parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hartman products, including obsoleted and phased-out Okuma parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 General-Electric product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hartman such as the DH9M spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PC1661B manufactured by Okuma and we are pleased to be able to service most Okuma systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IC2820A100BB2K by Manufacturer General-Electric as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Keyence Brand T2DC11165210001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by General-Electric such as 1PJC11AV1A equipment made by General-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire General-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "General-Electric" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PN0Z made by Pilz as well as the popular MDR1311 original spares produced by Potter Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EB55069405 by Namco and 1PJC11AV1A spares by General-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 290020 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
