COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the General Electric CR281 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Scp products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reliance-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Phoenix-Contact product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Scp such as the 1902101 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 52837 manufactured by Reliance-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2731393 by Manufacturer Phoenix-Contact as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mcs-Motion-Control-Systems Brand 1210930 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Accu-Sort such as 16043 equipment made by Accu-Sort have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Accu-Sort products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Accu-Sort" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3708630010 made by Marposs as well as the popular MRDS10W original spares produced by Watt-Stopper Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CRC6A011FA02 by Westinghouse and 16043 spares by Accu-Sort are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 01W3964B52B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Freescale-Semiconductor. |
