COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the General Electric 12IAC53B801A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gould-Modicon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pilz parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pilz product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gould-Modicon such as the ASB258101 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the indentnr750106 manufactured by Pilz and we are pleased to be able to service most Pilz systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PNOZm0p by Manufacturer Pilz as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pilz Brand PZE3V2224VDC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Jokab such as 2TLJ020007R5000 equipment made by Jokab have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Jokab products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Jokab" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TX1827 made by Orginal as well as the popular PSWZF24VDC2no1nc2so original spares produced by Pilz Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PNOZ83S1O by Pilz and 2TLJ020007R5000 spares by Jokab are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 900ACM6VAM110 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ancor. |
