COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the General Electric 12IAC53B2A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hubbell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Magnecraft product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hubbell such as the LXIN32 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CR324F610A manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 103HXX28D by Manufacturer Magnecraft as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand GT1ROS16 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hartman such as 407441252 equipment made by Hartman have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hartman products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hartman" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PNOZ324VDC5S1O1W made by Pilz as well as the popular 773405 original spares produced by Pilz Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AGN200A4HZ by Panasonic and 407441252 spares by Hartman are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VS425 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leach. |
