COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the General Electric 12IAC51B2A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kilovac products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omtec-Mfg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hurco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kilovac such as the 8000X3052 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OMS1061 manufactured by Omtec-Mfg and we are pleased to be able to service most Omtec-Mfg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4150224001REVC by Manufacturer Hurco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Hyundai Brand BN624A949H01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Multilin such as 750P1G1S1HIA20RTH equipment made by Multilin have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Multilin products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Multilin" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NTPN17HT made by Hitachi as well as the popular 815E0V16 original spares produced by Allen-Bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SPI50036B07233A1KGSPI50036 by Norgren and 750P1G1S1HIA20RTH spares by Multilin are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EXV05 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keyence. |
