COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the General Electric 12HFA51A49H parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Namco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ite parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Joslyn-Clark product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Namco such as the EB55059661 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GFL825T2 manufactured by Ite and we are pleased to be able to service most Ite systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature X4U44 by Manufacturer Joslyn-Clark as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has General-Electric Brand DS200RTBAG3AHC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schneider such as SR3B261BD equipment made by Schneider have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schneider products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schneider" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available P5160B made by Ishida as well as the popular IBIL24DO8MAC original spares produced by Phoenix Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CR124Y0D3808A by General-Electric and SR3B261BD spares by Schneider are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 7ML12011EA00 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Milltronics. |
