COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Gemco 952A-C4-0090-X-D5-E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Go-dove products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gsi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Go-dove such as the 2922061 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 000016954001 manufactured by Gems and we are pleased to be able to service most Gems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AP4800 by Manufacturer Gsi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Heidenhain Brand ERN1020 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Harisonic such as PAB050460STRM equipment made by Harisonic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Harisonic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Harisonic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 981093 made by Honeywell as well as the popular 3LC36R original spares produced by Honeywell Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RON705000018000 by Heidenhain and PAB050460STRM spares by Harisonic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CSNS230600 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Honeywell. |
