COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Gemco 951A-C1-0140-X-X-E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gigatronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gesytec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gems product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gigatronics such as the 80343 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PLE0315 manufactured by Gesytec and we are pleased to be able to service most Gesytec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 802323 by Manufacturer Gems as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Graham Brand 175H9087 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gtr such as H2FM22R60T020AX equipment made by Gtr have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gtr products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gtr" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KDGRO40000 made by Grohmann as well as the popular 181311AH original spares produced by Haas Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CB520SR60 by Gh-Bettis and H2FM22R60T020AX spares by Gtr are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GAK25SLBJ Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gmt. |
