COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Gemco 1995-A-6M-X-X parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Global-Water products, including obsoleted and phased-out Graseby parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Giddings--Lewis product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Global-Water such as the WE70 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XL01V5B3N manufactured by Graseby and we are pleased to be able to service most Graseby systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5032520901 by Manufacturer Giddings--Lewis as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Giddings--Lewis Brand M1302117 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gtr such as 2X104349001 equipment made by Gtr have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gtr products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gtr" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 093724000301947 made by Hažttinger-Elektronik-Trumpf as well as the popular 27087 original spares produced by Gems Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 117256 by Graco-Matrix and 2X104349001 spares by Gtr are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original G4BB250A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Group-Four. |
