COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Gefran 1000-R0-2H-0-1-N85 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Greenlee-Tools products, including obsoleted and phased-out Grossenbacher parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Graco-Robotics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Greenlee-Tools such as the 52023 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5050500 manufactured by Grossenbacher and we are pleased to be able to service most Grossenbacher systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HHP by Manufacturer Graco-Robotics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Grundfos Brand MLE132DA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by General-Eastern such as HYGRO equipment made by General-Eastern have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire General-Eastern products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "General-Eastern" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1731302002 made by Genrad as well as the popular 35887 original spares produced by Greenlee-Tools Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 36E2161864 by Gusher and HYGRO spares by General-Eastern are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 9609 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Grafikontrol. |
