COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Gec Alsthom SHPM 101 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Metrabus products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hi-g parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Keyence product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Metrabus such as the Pc6702 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M575713048 manufactured by Hi-g and we are pleased to be able to service most Hi-g systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature T2DC11165210001 by Manufacturer Keyence as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Gordos-Solid-state-I/o-Module-Pb-24 Brand 2085406620 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schweitzer such as SEL587 equipment made by Schweitzer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schweitzer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schweitzer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ASB840108 made by Gould as well as the popular AEP51024 original spares produced by Panasonic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC5181D101A3BC by General-Electric and SEL587 spares by Schweitzer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CR124Y0D3808A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer General-Electric. |
