COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Gec Alsthom KCCG140-01D15EEAZ parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kis-Kinder products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kmc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Grayhill product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kis-Kinder such as the TOUCHPANEL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the REE3116 manufactured by Kmc and we are pleased to be able to service most Kmc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 73GOI420 by Manufacturer Grayhill as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Gemco Brand SD0409600 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hurco such as 4150224003 equipment made by Hurco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hurco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hurco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available Pc6702 made by Metrabus as well as the popular 369HI000 original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ARD15112 by Nais and 4150224003 spares by Hurco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NTPN17HT Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hitachi. |
