COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Joslyn Clark KTMA34-15 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pilz products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pilz parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Omron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pilz such as the PNOZX29P24VDC3NO1NC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PSS3056 manufactured by Pilz and we are pleased to be able to service most Pilz systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature G6A234PST54 by Manufacturer Omron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Oriental-Motor Brand FBLD120CY in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schneider such as TSXDSY08R4D equipment made by Schneider have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schneider products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schneider" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 46S040220010R00 made by Magnetek as well as the popular 9313F431 original spares produced by Ph Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GP8036A59111 by Schramme-Gmbh and TSXDSY08R4D spares by Schneider are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 0749M01A500X0X00 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schweitzer. |
