COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Gear Motors Series 3000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fairfield products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pacific-Scientific parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fairfield such as the S1CK44S5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R63GENATSNSVS00 manufactured by Pacific-Scientific and we are pleased to be able to service most Pacific-Scientific systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RGZP1LA02156FP21 by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Icm-Industria-Costruzioni-Meccaniche Brand S63668814 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bregenhorn-Butow such as S161B040R000 equipment made by Bregenhorn-Butow have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bregenhorn-Butow products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bregenhorn-Butow" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available S76GTB03010 made by Elwood-Getty's as well as the popular RDM59950 original spares produced by Berger-Lahr Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RMI50PPC25 by Johnson-Teknik-A/s and S161B040R000 spares by Bregenhorn-Butow are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PT87XA15C6 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Procon. |
