COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Gear Head RA60-020-LB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Green-Cast-Iron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Good-Year parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Halwig-Carbon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Green-Cast-Iron such as the SUZ03 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1260XH400 manufactured by Good-Year and we are pleased to be able to service most Good-Year systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 13431121 by Manufacturer Halwig-Carbon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Hi-lo Brand 255A1BORE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Horsburgh--Scott such as W36 equipment made by Horsburgh--Scott have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Horsburgh--Scott products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Horsburgh--Scott" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 46182815501 made by Honeywell as well as the popular 53VX56020040669 original spares produced by Good-Year Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RSCCAN16 by Hansen and W36 spares by Horsburgh--Scott are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TXMQ3210210 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Grove. |
