COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Control-Instruments products, including obsoleted and phased-out Peak parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nematron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Control-Instruments such as the Max1000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KJ023300 manufactured by Peak and we are pleased to be able to service most Peak systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ICC42052210 by Manufacturer Nematron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Chicago-Pneumatic Brand K259558 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as KSYZ405B2 equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LUT1410 made by Sick as well as the popular MC3600 original spares produced by Westinghouse

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M403100845R by Harwin and KSYZ405B2 spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
