COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ge IC800SSI107D2-CE parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Imagine product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the PWM50D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HDS032W100NHS1201F manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature WCS900210A by Manufacturer Imagine as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand RAC35200460AOOW1220 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Getty such as A760001 equipment made by Getty have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Getty products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Getty" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available R911220672 made by Indramat as well as the popular 3Z4860 original spares produced by Halmar Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R911221600 by Indramat and A760001 spares by Getty are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CIMRG3U47P5 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Idm. |
