COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ge Fanuc PS10-2T2-DDA-AD3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gema products, including obsoleted and phased-out Giddings--Lewis parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gigatronics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gema such as the PGC1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5020355220R3 manufactured by Giddings--Lewis and we are pleased to be able to service most Giddings--Lewis systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 80325A by Manufacturer Gigatronics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Gould Brand 1000317 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gefran such as RADL100 equipment made by Gefran have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gefran products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gefran" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available P8131044L made by George-Kovacs as well as the popular FSM490B24 original spares produced by Giddings--Lewis Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CR90 by Giesecke--Devrient and RADL100 spares by Gefran are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GSGWFICC540D2NA6E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Greenstory-Global. |
