COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ge Fanuc PMD-MCU15165-001R00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Allen-bradley product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the TVMI4000GS0E00F1000000T00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SD29M2A05PR manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TouchEnetRS232 by Manufacturer Allen-bradley as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cutler-hammer Brand W200M3CNC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Spx such as W8400010 equipment made by Spx have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Spx products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Spx" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SDCSFEX2A made by Abb as well as the popular SSTPB3CLX original spares produced by Sst Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the QJ61BT11N by Allen-bradley and W8400010 spares by Spx are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original S43EAB0P010 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Modicon. |
