COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ge Fanuc IS210AEBIH parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Giddings--Lewis products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gebr.-Steimel parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Giddings--Lewis product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Giddings--Lewis such as the 5010470800 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5AP80M4 manufactured by Gebr.-Steimel and we are pleased to be able to service most Gebr.-Steimel systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5010205200 by Manufacturer Giddings--Lewis as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Genral-Electric Brand M4AR40S5M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Goldenrod such as 1480LGAX equipment made by Goldenrod have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Goldenrod products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Goldenrod" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M232G50A900PAH made by Getty as well as the popular GAK25SLBJ original spares produced by Gmt Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GRGTMQ82650L56 by Grove and 1480LGAX spares by Goldenrod are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LIQ60 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gridsense. |
