COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ge Fanuc IC754VSF12CTD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Delta-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nematron-Corp parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Allen-bradley product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Delta-Controls such as the ICP015 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ICC7L6CNC manufactured by Nematron-Corp and we are pleased to be able to service most Nematron-Corp systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MEAF8NX8 by Manufacturer Allen-bradley as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Goss Brand PDPN859E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nematron-Corp such as MIKP61001 equipment made by Nematron-Corp have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nematron-Corp products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nematron-Corp" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PF3102CHW made by Atlas-Copco as well as the popular P0926CP original spares produced by Foxboro Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KSM012B061C35NM1HP0SENND7NNGW by Rexroth and MIKP61001 spares by Nematron-Corp are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MSNIE55100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Johnson-Controls. |
