COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ge Fanuc IC693DSM314 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Door-man products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sti parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Door-man such as the ICS05149 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OF4160BR manufactured by Sti and we are pleased to be able to service most Sti systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAC90B0PD2C110B1S01 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cognex Brand ISM1403C01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sew-Eurodrive such as MDS60A00305A3400 equipment made by Sew-Eurodrive have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew-Eurodrive products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew-Eurodrive" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NS10TV00B made by Omron as well as the popular MBT160LN original spares produced by Iwama Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KJ2003X1BB1 by Deltav and MDS60A00305A3400 spares by Sew-Eurodrive are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PC677877T15G Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
