COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ge Fanuc IC3600SGDF1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Control-Techniques products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ircon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Control-Techniques such as the M2514ICD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MR0R0525F11000 manufactured by Ircon and we are pleased to be able to service most Ircon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature JZRCRNTU01B2 by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Staefa-Control Brand M2H40FXN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nematron-Corp such as NPC300I54GB40SSW7 equipment made by Nematron-Corp have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nematron-Corp products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nematron-Corp" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MC47SR201200X made by Omron as well as the popular NF3000G3 original spares produced by Square-D Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JANCDYIF011E by Yaskawa and NPC300I54GB40SSW7 spares by Nematron-Corp are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P0924VJ Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Foxboro. |
