COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ge Fanuc DS3800NTRA1C1C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Giddings--Lewis products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge-Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Glas-col product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Giddings--Lewis such as the 5020299822 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IC646TRT000 manufactured by Ge-Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge-Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 102B0000200067 by Manufacturer Glas-col as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Gould Brand AS584A450 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Georgia-Pacific-Contravas such as ACC14T30 equipment made by Georgia-Pacific-Contravas have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Georgia-Pacific-Contravas products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Georgia-Pacific-Contravas" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IC67ALG320 made by Ge-Fanuc as well as the popular 6500C517A1A1A5F1 original spares produced by Graf-syteco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M4AR40S5M by Genral-Electric and ACC14T30 spares by Georgia-Pacific-Contravas are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AS984A816 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gould. |
