COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ge Fanuc 7VVBD002CD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gespac products, including obsoleted and phased-out Genfare parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ge-Gems product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gespac such as the GESSCD001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D228320001 manufactured by Genfare and we are pleased to be able to service most Genfare systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 22264563 by Manufacturer Ge-Gems as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge-Fanuc Brand IC800SSI104RD2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gec-Alsthom such as DL165N22 equipment made by Gec-Alsthom have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gec-Alsthom products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gec-Alsthom" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IS200DSVOH1ABA made by Ge-Fanuc as well as the popular IC698CPE020JU original spares produced by Ge-Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PKM0450LXL0191 by Gefran and DL165N22 spares by Gec-Alsthom are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XVY10612 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gefran. |
