COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Toyoda products, including obsoleted and phased-out Prognost parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nachi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Toyoda such as the FL9A8H6PCBI003 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FIL24C manufactured by Prognost and we are pleased to be able to service most Prognost systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DUX111B by Manufacturer Nachi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yokogawa Brand DY025DBMAA12D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Abb such as DSCL110A equipment made by Abb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Abb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Abb" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HA300C made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular HDD022W040NHD1201FW original spares produced by Indramat

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GV3000SE10V4160 by Reliance-Electric and DSCL110A spares by Abb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ENC5202N Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tac.
