COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ge DPI 104 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Heidenhain products, including obsoleted and phased-out Honeywell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Guardstar product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Heidenhain such as the 42600001024 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 04905X1033333X7000000 manufactured by Honeywell and we are pleased to be able to service most Honeywell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BS0330SRBS0330SE by Manufacturer Guardstar as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Hastings Brand DB300A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gems such as RE115900 equipment made by Gems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gems" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 38510P0 made by Georg-Fischer as well as the popular 32536P0 original spares produced by Gf-Signet

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 38542018 by Heidenhain and RE115900 spares by Gems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 195054ULS50 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gems.
