COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ge A20B-2002-0470/10B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ncc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Phoenix parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Okuma product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ncc such as the DNCT132760M spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DVG0TC5015002BCD07 manufactured by Phoenix and we are pleased to be able to service most Phoenix systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E01058000591 by Manufacturer Okuma as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mazak Brand D65UB004310 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Iei such as AFL10AN270 equipment made by Iei have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Iei products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Iei" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CP11G040045 made by Uniop as well as the popular E9066N original spares produced by Marposs Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BNIPBS502000Z001 by Balluff and AFL10AN270 spares by Iei are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Be42 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Genset. |
