COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ge A16B-2000-0063/04B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hitachi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Giddings--Lewis product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the 6KG1143015X1B1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WJ200075HF manufactured by Hitachi and we are pleased to be able to service most Hitachi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5020381460PiC9005020381460R1 by Manufacturer Giddings--Lewis as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand DDS021A050D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Grundfos such as 91126027 equipment made by Grundfos have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Grundfos products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Grundfos" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HCS021EW0028 made by Indramat as well as the popular 4015645650 original spares produced by Giddings--Lewis Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A700A740021 by Getty and 91126027 spares by Grundfos are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TDM12050300W1000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
