COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ge 5cd216e140/ 7gj139en2da58 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Iso-Flux parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cmc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the 35Q15L14 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4452200330 manufactured by Iso-Flux and we are pleased to be able to service most Iso-Flux systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 403CNSP0S108 by Manufacturer Cmc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Brook Brand 5920111WAG1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mez such as 4AP716 equipment made by Mez have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mez products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mez" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4106220650 made by Denso as well as the popular 5CD123GP001B original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 48Y6BFPP by Bosch and 4AP716 spares by Mez are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 50022999301609TN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fincor. |
